Muzaffar Ali very upset with Amitabh Bachchan

It seems these days Amitabh Bachchan is rubbing everyone the wrong way. After the famous Jaya Bachchan-Raj Thackeray controversy for which Big B had to apologize, it is now filmmaker Muzaffar Ali, who is very upset with him and the reason is Amitabh Bachchan’s get-up in The Last Lear, which, the filmmaker feels is based on his appearance and mannerisms.

According to a newspaper, the soft-spoken director took an offence about the film and its characters during the making Rituparno Ghosh initially tried to pacify the filmmaker Muzaffar Ali but when he refused to calm down, the director told him that he is behaving like Raj Thackeray. This further annoyed the old filmmaker’s ire. Ali said he was angry as he felt he should’ve been informed if a character was being based on him. He also criticized Amitabh saying that he should at least have some courtesy to call him before playing the character. Rituparno Ghosh has made it clear that the character of the old actor in ‘The Last Lear’ is not based on Muzaffar Ali. Let’s see now, what more the Big B has to say, more apologies perhaps!

Model-and now well known-actress Deepika Padukone is again in the limelight, for she was spotted with Her Ex Boyfriend. She was sharing a meal with her ex boyfriend Nihar Pandya, at the Royal China restaurant in Bandra. Deepika’s current beau, Ranbir Kapoor is away as he is shooting in Ooty. The hot and sexy babe Deepika and Nihar are known to have been in a loving relationship since her modeling days, but soon after the success of Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om, she moved out of Nihar Pandya’s life. According to an eye witness, Deepika and Nihar were so engrossed in chatting with each other that they sat in a corner of the restaurant for two hours, without bothering about the other people. The story is more, Ranbir kapoor also did the similar thing, by recently attending a party, with his dear friend Sonam Kapoor, and when Deepika was out of town. This posh Chinese restaurant is a favorite haunt of Ranbir and Deepika and the two are often seen in this restaurant when they are not in town.

Salman will paint for Drona

After the patch up with Abhishek Bachchan, the next step salman took was to paint one of the posters from Drona. During the long conversation in the vanity van they started with general topics salman then asked abhishek about his forth coming movies and also made a point to ask about Amitabh-Abhshek’s unforgettable world tour. Then the chatting went on and on, as they got over with the awkwardness between them. Abhishek began to show him his next release i.e. Dronna’s promos on his laptop and some posters. They were also discussing the passion for painting that Salman has, this gave a sudden idea that he would want to paint a poster of Abhishek in Drona.

This was very exciting for Abhishek too and both selected and decided the poster for Salman to paint. This also proves that now the cold war between the two has finally come to an end. They had a great time together discussing each others life. Yes our Sallu miya has craze for many things from bicycle riding on the streets to the brushes and the canvas, so this time he will try a hand on painting Abhishek’s poster and has promised to gift Abhishek the painting soon.

Hari Puttar sued

I thought only people like Rakhi Sawant could put up allegations on people for instant fame…But oh my gosh…Here I see, Warner Bros, the label behind the surer dupre hit Hollywood series, Harry Potter, which is based on JK Rowling’s novel is suing a Bollywood film, Hari Puttar-a comedy of terrors. Reason: The name is very close to the Hollywood flick’s name!!

As we had updated you people earlier, Hari Puttar is about a boy names Hari Prasad Dhoonda, nicknamed Hari Puttar, who shifts to Britain when his father is posted there.
His aim is to save this very confidential chip that comprises of some of the most valuable information about his dad’s findings, but the boy, unlike Harry Potter, does not have any magical powers.

The movie is being produced by Mirchi Movies, which states that any resemblance to the Hollywood series is purely coincidental. Mr. Manish, chief of Mirchi Movies also expressed that he did not see any kind of similarities between the two films. Same were the words on the lips of Zain Khan, the lead star kid.

C company: comedy errors

Ekta Kapoor's one more effort for her dearest brother Tusshar Kapoor is forthcoming movie C Kkompany or C Company. The movie C Kkompany is under production of Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor which is releasing in this weekend. Movie star cast i think is not a capable enough to draw the attention of the people such as Tusshar Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Raima Sen and humorous Rajpal Yadav.

The film is directed by Sachin Yardi who has been able to agree the filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt for the acting in the film also. The film C Kkompany is about three characters who are very common and realistic men. One Akshay Kumar is a crime reporter, the other Mr.Joshi retired accountant and third one named Lambodar are good friends. They all have some problems in their lives but they find solace in each other company. For controlling their problems they are decided to play a harmless prank. Now the things getting changed and some surprising incidents comes in their way.

"The queen of soaps" Ekta had few earlier flop movies like Krishna Cottage, Kya Cool Hai Hum and Ssssh Koi Hai besides all this she never consider herself as a failure filmmaker. This is also in rumors the veteran actor Mithun Chakroborty acts in the film as a Don and TV star Bahu Sakshi Tanwar (Parvati) also present in the film for few minutes.

Before you jump to conclusions that Saif has been roped in the movie for an appearance and that’s how they met, let me tell you that the beau had come over to the movie’s set to meet girlfriend and that’s how they met. What was interesting is that both of them sported tattoos of their lovers on their arm. Realizing that Syl’s tattoo of his wife’s face was much more attractive and innovative, Syl advised him to get Kareena’s face tattooed. To this, Kareena was all concerned for him, telling not to sport any more proofs of his love.

Shahid Kapoor - No need to clarify anything

Kismat Konnection.

Shahid Kapoor trusts that now that he is single, he is going to be linked with every co-star. People have been talking about it. I don’t think I need to clarify anything. We spent 15 days together in Toronto on the shoot and became very good friends, but we didn’t have much of a choice he says.

About his first-time pairing with Vidya Balan, Shahid Kapoor further says, People were skeptical about how Vidya and I would look together. But the way the film has turned out shows that it’s all good. It has been cast according to its requirement and I think that is the strength of the movie. If script and characters are good people like films. People liked my character in Jab We Met. They liked my pairing with Kareena. It’s the same with Kismat Konnection — people will like our characters and our pairing too. Shahid is also a big believer in luck, "Yes, I believe in luck because I feel that it plays important part in our lives."

The Jab We Met actor received a lot of praise for his work in the film and though people would like to see him in more romantic comedies, Shahid would like variety.

I am very happy that people like me in romantic comedies. But at the same time, I feel that if I do too much of the same thing, people will get bored. They want to see me in different roles. I would get bored of myself, so I try to mix and match. I am trying to do different kind of roles now he says.
