Kaminey is the story of identical twins. Shahid Kapoor plays a double role, as "Charlie" the bad guy who is selfish and wants money and "Guddu" the other twin who is a good chocolate boy who also wants to acquire money and go ahead in life but through hard-work and honesty and so in course of time the two meet together. Both want to make big in their life and so in the race of life, Charlie goes on the negative side. He meets Sunil Bhope, who is a shrewd politician and Priyanka Chopra’s (Sweety) brother, who misuses Charlie and over course of time he becomes a bad man.

Kaminey is quite an interesting film as its socio-political drama, in which Amol Gupte is debuting as main negative character.
Vishal has really done a splendid role in his screenplay as for the first time it’s his original screenplay and not adapted by any Shakespeare novels

Shahid Kapur injured on sets of Kaminay

Bollywood cutest actor Shahid Kapur has recently suffered the maximum number of injuries sets of Vishal Bharadwaj's coming up "Kaminay".

"Shahid has got injured six times. First he had hurt his wrist and had to be rushed to the physiotherapist. In another scene that involved skidding, Shahid got badly bruised. He has just been getting one injury after another," said someone close to shahid.

Earlier, both Shahid Kapoor and his co-star in the film Priyanka Chopra fell from the bike while they were on the shoot of the film in Pune. Both were riding the bike on a slope which was slightly muddy when the bike skidded and fell on top of them. Both of the actors received cuts and bruises.

Theses two are working in Vishal Bharadwaj’s coming up film Kameenay. We got news from onlookers that they are getting along quite well. You know? Another tit bit for you and that too an interesting one is priyanka has moved to a place near Shahid Kapoor’s house somewhere in Andheri.

Yes of course, might be the two must have started some sort of a carpool and were just dropping each other home from the sets you know just to save some petrol money. But Shahid, sweetie if I remember correctly, you got into quite a situation the last time a lady decided to get into your car. Shahid Kapoor and his love life

Shahid Kapoor - No need to clarify anything

Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan have been often in the news for their alleged romance that blossomed on the sets of

Kismat Konnection.

Shahid Kapoor trusts that now that he is single, he is going to be linked with every co-star. People have been talking about it. I don’t think I need to clarify anything. We spent 15 days together in Toronto on the shoot and became very good friends, but we didn’t have much of a choice he says.

About his first-time pairing with Vidya Balan, Shahid Kapoor further says, People were skeptical about how Vidya and I would look together. But the way the film has turned out shows that it’s all good. It has been cast according to its requirement and I think that is the strength of the movie. If script and characters are good people like films. People liked my character in Jab We Met. They liked my pairing with Kareena. It’s the same with Kismat Konnection — people will like our characters and our pairing too. Shahid is also a big believer in luck, "Yes, I believe in luck because I feel that it plays important part in our lives."

The Jab We Met actor received a lot of praise for his work in the film and though people would like to see him in more romantic comedies, Shahid would like variety.

I am very happy that people like me in romantic comedies. But at the same time, I feel that if I do too much of the same thing, people will get bored. They want to see me in different roles. I would get bored of myself, so I try to mix and match. I am trying to do different kind of roles now he says.

Kareena Kapoor & Shahid pull crowd in Simla

Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor was mobbed during a shooting session at the Simla Railway Station. They shoot for an untitled film directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Shree Asthivinayak Cine Vision Ltd.
