Today’s most bangla actresses like Bipasha Basu,Rani Mukherjee, Susmita Sen, Koina Mitra when don’t take interest in her regional language movies Vidya Balan show a great curiosity to act in a Bangla movie and decided to do a Bangla film even she belongs to South culture. Recently Vidya Balan sign a bangla movie Mukti produced by Saumya Ganguly. Mukti is in under direction of Gautam Haldar who is also a bangali. Vidya Balan has an emotional relationship with Gautam Haldar from the beginning of her filmy career. When Vidya didn’t have any recognition as an actress and she was struggling in bollywood, Director Gautam Haldar assigned her as a lead actress in his bangla movie Bhalo Theko. Bhalo Theko was her first bangla movie which gave her break in acting. So actress Vidya Balan has a deep concern with Bangla and her first debut hindi film was Parineeta that have a Bangla theme and bangali director Pradeep Sarkar. Except this Vidya’s last release Bhulbhulaiya also have a bangali character which has been played by her. It’s a great thing she have more interest in our regional tongue movies like tamil, telgu, kannda,marathi and bangla and in the time big stars don’t have time for these type of movies and run away towards English and hindi films.
