Sunday: A Mysterious Day

Bollywood dashing star Ajay Devgan’s next coming up project is Rohit Shetty Sunday. Ajay devgan last released movie Halla Bol directed by Rajkumar Santoshi didn’t work too much for him which expected by the critics. Even Ajay performed very well in the film for that he has been known. Producer Kumar Mangat and Sunil Lulla have huge expectations of their forthcoming project Sunday because stars like Arshad Warsi, Ayesha Takia, Ajay Devgan, Irfan Khan and Mukesh Tiwari are playing different roles in the film perfectly.

Sunday is a mysterious thriller and revolves around some characters. In the film ACP Rajvir Randhava (Ajay Devgan) as a cop who suddenly finds himself in an investigation about a mysterious case in which prime suspect is his own fiancée Seher (Ayesha Takia) a versatile dubbing artist. Seher has quality to imitate various cartoon characters and that is why she called a dubbing artist. Except both there is a Taxi driver Ballu (Arshad warsi) who has a red ambassador taxi, one day a pretty woman came in his taxi and went away without paying him mysteriously. Another interesting character in the film is Kumar, ballu’s buddy (Irfan Khan) bumchum and budding actor.

Ballu can play every role like Dracula, Rawan lawyer don etc in the plays but when he met a lady who told herself as a dead woman he dropped his all characters and ran away rapidly. In these circumstances Rajvir struggles whether his lovely fiancée really is a murderer or she is innocent as she seems. Script is well written by Tushar Hiranandani and Robin Bhatt and music composed by Shivani Kashyap and DJ Suketu. Director Rohit Shetty did his best in his last movie Golmaal so expectation from Sunday so nicely grows. Would Sunday might be a comic thriller or suspense thriller it will be soon in 1st February 2008.
