With the hunky Kapoor boy’s recent success of Jab We Met and his style icon persona in his latest Kismat Konnection (keeping in mind that it was only his killer looks that made me survive those screaming, boring, irritating three long hours), apni Bebo’s ex flame, Shahid Kapoor has sure found a sudden high in his career and has succeeded in swooning a lot of ladies over his chocolaty looks, forcing them to be even more inquisitive of his love life et ol.

In the recent times, Shahid Kapoor has been seen mostly with Vidhya Balan, she being her moral support through his break up, but he completely denies having an affair with her (Thankfully, first a mother looking girl friend and now one who looks like her grand ma would have been so upsetting). Their chemistry was only do their latest venture and is stuck at “just friendship tag”. So now we turn to Sania Mirza. Yup you heard it right. The hot property of Bollywood is seen quite a lot with the tennis sensation, calling her a really close friend.

Shahid Kapoor - No need to clarify anything

Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan have been often in the news for their alleged romance that blossomed on the sets of

Kismat Konnection.

Shahid Kapoor trusts that now that he is single, he is going to be linked with every co-star. People have been talking about it. I don’t think I need to clarify anything. We spent 15 days together in Toronto on the shoot and became very good friends, but we didn’t have much of a choice he says.

About his first-time pairing with Vidya Balan, Shahid Kapoor further says, People were skeptical about how Vidya and I would look together. But the way the film has turned out shows that it’s all good. It has been cast according to its requirement and I think that is the strength of the movie. If script and characters are good people like films. People liked my character in Jab We Met. They liked my pairing with Kareena. It’s the same with Kismat Konnection — people will like our characters and our pairing too. Shahid is also a big believer in luck, "Yes, I believe in luck because I feel that it plays important part in our lives."

The Jab We Met actor received a lot of praise for his work in the film and though people would like to see him in more romantic comedies, Shahid would like variety.

I am very happy that people like me in romantic comedies. But at the same time, I feel that if I do too much of the same thing, people will get bored. They want to see me in different roles. I would get bored of myself, so I try to mix and match. I am trying to do different kind of roles now he says.

Nana Patekar has two films floor director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Shagird and Anees Bazmees Welcome with Akshay Kumar. There was a little rumor in air that during the shooting session with Akshay Kumar they had some differences but Nana denied all this even he accepted with a hesitation and said few problems are ever in a team effort.

Dus kahaniyaan- Ten different tales in a gift pack

This weekend director Sanjay gupta brings for us a garland of ten unique stories(Dus Kahaniyaan) created by versatile directors like Meghna Gulzar, Rohit Roy, Apoorva Lakhia, Jasmeet Dhodi, Hansal Mehta and Sanjay Gupta also. All stories have a multi dimensional attitude to see the life with different people of distinctive edges.

One of them a story Rice Plate directed by young filmmaker Rohit Roy I am very zeal to watch the movie. Just because two reverse character played by veteran actors Naseeruddin Shah and Shabana azmi will be appear arguing on a table for a plate of rice. Do you know before this ten min. story when did both artists see together! Definitely in the movie Libaas they worked with each other.

Another story is Sex on the Beach directed by Apoorva Lakhia about a reader who read a book at the beach and he feels his dream come true. A South African model Tareena Patel acts with Dino Morea in the film and we have to listen the actor Dino Morea turned into a producer of two films.

Other story titled Love Dale starring by Aftab Shivdasani, Neha Oberoi and Anupam Kher in which an old woman meets Neha who wearing only one earring during the conversation fate and destiny play a big role in changing Neha’s life.

In Matrimony story about a married couple Mr. & Mrs. Sarin both of them have a heavenly life. The gorgeous wife goes to see her bedridden aunt every Wednesday but does she really meet her aunt or someone else. The actress Mandira Bedi, Arbaz Khan and Sudhanshu Pandey are the lead cast of the story. After a long time Mandira will seem any film otherwise she always in news for his outfits, dresses and unnecessary gossips this is the first time that she is in news for her work.

After eight yrs, they came together we are talking about Hu Tu Tu (1999) director Gulzar and Nana Patekar. In the next story Gubbare written by Gulzar and the central character played by Nana Patekar with Rohit Roy and model & television actress Anita Hasnandani. Anita argues with her husband in the bus for a short and sits the next seat near an interesting man who has 14 red balloons. The story unfolds a journey within a journey into this man’s past uncovering the key to one of the most important lessons in life.Writer Kartar Singh Duggal’s a short story is Pooranmashi which has a loving bond of a daughter and her mother starring by Minisha Lamba, Amrita Singh and Parmeet Sethi. This story is an emotional and sensitive drama. After the film Kalyug Actress Amrita Singh gives an outstanding performance in this film.

One of story in the film is Strangers in the night casting by Neha Dhupia and Mahesh Manjrekar. Every wedding anniversary a couple shared their secrets and make the relationship better but one night wife told a secret of her past in which she met a stranger and then begin the trouble in between them perhaps she shouldn’t be told about that.

High on the highway is about an unspoken love and the fellowship of two characters played by Masumeh and Jimmy Shergill.

Zahir is also a short tale of love, friendship and secrets in this way a writer is driven to madness after he makes a startling discovery about the woman he loves. Stunning Dia Mirza and Manoj Bajpai are in the lead role in it.

Suniel shetty and Sanjay Dutt starrer last short story is Rise and fall focusing on two gangsters based upon their friendship and enmity.

Halla Bol - Attack by Ajay Devgan

Forthcoming movie Halla Bol is another surprise of actor Ajay Devgan and director Rajkumar Santoshi that is expected in 21st December, 2007. Rajkumar Santoshi who had been made the movies like Khakee and The Legend of Bhagat Singh his next project is this one of them films which is luckily completed. Because it is in rumor that Santoshi has left his musical film ‘London Dreams’starring by Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan. Now this film is in hand of director Vipul Amrutlal Shah on the recommendation of Salman Khan. Vipul Shah is the director of very successful film Namestey London.

But Ajay Devgan and Vidya Balan starrer Halla Bol almost is ready to hit the big screen. Halla Bol has a two dimensional figure named as Ashfaque (Ajay Devgan) and his street theatre god father a reformed dacoit Sidhu (Pankaj Kapur). Producer Samee Siddiqui’s Halla Bol I think will be a rebellion story and if direction goes well it might be a mile stone in bollywood and convey some messege to viewers. But how much strenght it has this would before us after its releasing.

Dus Kahaniyaan: Ten Short Stories

Sometimes before Ramgopal Verma made a blend of many stories in a film ‘Darna Mana Hai’ and give some new treatment to the industry. Something like that followed by Director Sanjay Gupta who has been trying to make a film with ten short stories. Imagine six directors, twelve writers, eight musicians, 25 actors and a combined production what’s the look of a movie. Viewers will enjoy ten different tales in a movie. Such as forthcoming movie Dus Kahaniyaan OR Dus Kahaniyan presented by White Feather Films (a joint venture of Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta) and Eros International.

White Feather Films last movie was ‘Shootout at Lokhandwala’ starring Vivek Oberoi, Tushar Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan. Several directors of Ten stories are Sanjay Gupta, Meghna Gulzar, Hansal Mehta, Jasmeet Dhodi and Apoorva Lakhia. Every story has a different dimension through the nice writers like Javed Akhtar, Gulzar, Meghana Gulzar, Kamlesh Pandey, Farhan, Sanjay Gupta, Rajiv Gopalkrishnan, Sudipto Chattopadhyaya and Shivani Tiberwala.

Vidya Balan: Stars in extreme

Actress Vidya Balan such a star who started her filmy career from a woman oriented movie and never looking back. It can be also said that Vidya Balan is also very lucky than other bollywood actresses who struggling for some works under the big banners and Balan achieves easily all this by destiny. During all these happenings the pretty lady is in criticism and gossips, according to some sources Balan arguments with her costume designer and filmmakers a lot.

Vidhya Balan refuses to act in Pradeep Sarkar’s movie “Laaga Chunari Mein Daag” with actress Rani Mukerji. Source says that Vidya didn’t interested doing a second lead role so she denied it, now it portrait by Konkona Sen Sharma. As the concern Pradeep Sarkar directed Vidya Balan in his film Parineeta as a lead actress.

The other troubled director is Sudhir Mishra who wants to sign Balan for his film Khoyya Khoyya Chand (now playing by Soha Ali Khan) but the beautiful actress refusing him too, she had few questions on the film and the director didn’t take it well.

South Indian director Shaji N Karun is also whose film Suryamukhi at the floor and didn’t accept by Balan. On this refusal she says that she liked the role and keen to do that but the film got delayed and when they decided to begin shooting, she is busy in her coming movie “Bhool Bhulaiya”. Obviously one person couldn’t be shoot in two different cities at the same time. Malayalam director Shaji N Karun’s film Suryamukhi is based on the story of famous painter Raja Ravi Varma and now this role will be played by bollywood heart beaten actress Madhuri Dixit.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa: Tragedy Thriller or Comedy Drama

This Friday comes to take a latest version as Bhool Bhulaiyaa, a Priyadarshan’s comic thriller. Director Priyadarshan has been known as a comedy King after the huge success of Hera Pheri and Phir Hera Pheri. So the people expectations would be increased from the movie and such as the film’s promos had been showcased on the TV screen. Bhool Bhulaiyaa is a remake of Priyadarshan’s national award winning Malayalam movie 'Manichithra Thazhu', which released in 1993. The film was a blockbuster at the box office in Southern India.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa is about a newly wed couple US based Sidharth (Shiney Ahuja) and his wife Avni (Vidya Balan). They return to their home town where Sidharth’s large extended family welcomes them with close hearts. Sidharth desirable to stay his ancestral mansion house for few days during his staying in India but his family resist them due to some deadly secret in the mansion.

Then Sidharth calls his dynamic friend Dr. Aditya (Akshay Kumar) to solve this problem. Dr. Aditya finds himself in the mansion as ‘a man on a mission’. After that begins a sequence of discovery, mystery, surprise, shocks and revelation and the story denotes that nothing is what it seems and what seems, is not… and that the devastating reality was enough to shatter all truths. A mysterious character Radha also has a curiosity in the movie played by Amisha Patel.

Vidya Balan affects in her role and dedicated more effective scenes in the film. Actor Akshay Kumar is well in the lead role and others artist to do justice with their characters, over all the film is completely Priyadarshan’s movie. Film’s music has been composed by Pritam and very popular from the beginning.
